I could help with userbars, I don't use Photoshop or Flash, I use AmitySource UserBar Generator v2.2, so my bars can have transparency, varying patterns and that familiar pip bar text you're used to.

I'm on Linux right now, xD. I'll start taking orders as soon as I configure Wine(Linux package that can install and run Windows programs. xD!) to install My userbar generator.
